A live streaming service allows you to stream in real-time as your webcast is being produced.
In order to webcast a live streaming event, you will need the necessary equipment at your end. This can be anything from a home computer with a webcam and a modem connection to state of the art video production equipment with a satelite uplink.
The raw output from your camera(s) is input to a computer with encoding software/hardware which compresses the data produced and relays it to our streaming servers.
When our streaming servers receive this single pre-encoded data stream, they then redistribute it to individuals requesting the live stream through a website.
The cost of a live streaming service varies greatly depending upon:
